I have completed my foundation in IT in 2013 from SEGi University. Then I enrolled in a Bachelor of IT program from 2014 to 2017.

My mom was diagnosed with cancer and due to financial issues back home, I had to return to my home country in December 2017. My visa expired in January 2018. I was unable to go back to Malaysia as I was here with my family and wasn't sure if I would be able to finish my studies. I am in my final year and am planning to go back to Malaysia to complete my studies from where I left.

1. Can I reapply to my university?
2. Do I need to cancel my last visa in order to apply again to SEGi University?
3. I have a company and a business but my company secretary is not much of a big help. He said that I will require RM8,000 to RM10,000 in order to apply for director visa.

Student pass cannot be converted to business visa. It must be cancelled by EMGS before a fresh application is made. There is no such thing as Director Visa.
