I have a friend who just met an accident in January this year. He is the motorcyclist, whose motorcycle collided with a car. Unfortunately he has been compounded by Police and needs to attend court for the reason that he did not give signal before turning right to a lane. However in his police report he didn't state that he was wrong and that he did not give signal before making a turn.

He is not sure whether to admit the offence or not in court and he is very desire to know whether he can still make a Third Party Property Damage (TPPD) & Third Party Bodily Injury (TPBI) claims against the insurance of the car?

Thank you.

Can claim.  Ask him to contact his insurance agent to help make the claims.
