If I overstay in Malaysia on my visitor pass, I will be required to pay a fine and return to my country... this is okay if I pay the fine to the Malaysia Immigration.

In the future, if I plan to work in other countries, will their Immigration reject my application? or will my overstay status in Malaysia be shown or known to other countries' Immigration?

Your overstay status is stamped in the pages of your passport.
Why only worry now? You should not have over stay.

No, I'm in Malaysia only. I have a visitor pass (VP) social visa for 3 months..... but I've overstayed 15 days. If I go home means I have to pay fine or not?
