After 10years of bankruptcy

Hi
I heard that after being bankruptcy for ten years, there is a way to discharge, but I have google for a while but no results, don't know where to start, appreciate if any guides, am helping my mother to get back her passport so she can travel, willing to pay for reasonable fees, thanks a lot

Did your mother report in to Insolvensi in the past 10 years?

she never do anything about it, my mother believe in those old uncle telling her "don't accept any bank/government letter" so...

How much is she owing in total to all the creditors?
If the amount is not much, you can help pay for her to release her from bankruptcy.
Then she can travel.

There is law to discharge if bankruptcy over x year I thought?
