I have been working in this company since March 2017.
And my employment was confirmed 3 months later.
Today I received an email from Human Resource Department with a Notice of termination of employment.
Prior to this letter, the company did not serve any verbal, written nor warning letter to me.
Neither I have breach of any employment terms and conditions.
Can any lawyer give me an advice on what should i do to protect my interest?
My objective is requesting the company to pay salaries to the date of I obtain a new employment, not only serving 3 months notice as per my employment since I do not intend to work in the company any further therefore reinstatement of employment may not the route to pursue.
Beside these, there are instances of discrimination , may i know how can I get the monetary compensation, if possible.
Thank you for your valuable advice.

Wah.. very smart move. So can get compensation for the rest of your life by failing all or any employment interviews.
Just go make a report to the nearest Labour Dept.

You can sue the company for Unfair Dismissal in Industrial Court.
You have only 60 days from the date of the HR letter to sue, do not delay.
