Received court hearing from Bank Rakyat (for personal loan) and I attended myself, however the bank's lawyer wasn't there and I was told to leave and sort out with the bank directly which I did inform the Putrajaya Bank Rakyat collection / legal dept.  In my case, I am now under AKPK.

When I received a free report from RAM Credit, the court hearing has been recorded (along with few other overdue statement).

Question, since I am under AKPK and the payments are going through.  How can I work towards to exclude the court hearing record from RAM Credit - do I need to approach JIM, Bank Rakyat or even AKPK?  Would like to find out the approach.

My sense says is to approach Bank Rakyat - any advice is welcome.

Thank you.

What a way to solicit business using the fear factor.
Nothing is free..

After paying your way to "erase" that notice, do remember to go to CTOS,  CBM,  MRCB,  CGC  to pay to remove any records.  BNM  CCRIS too (if possible). And The High Court of Malaya to remove records of any other legal lawsuits (if possible).

For some services, it cannot be removed, all they do is just put a notis in the remark column. "under  AKPK".

Much of all these credit ratings agencies have been discussed in this forum. Google and Read backwards.
