I have been working for extra five days and in the beginning the company agreed to give me replacement holiday. But in the end I got no replacement holiday due to HR manager doesn’t want to let me bring forward the leave to January 2018. Do I have right to complaint under the labour law of Malaysia?

Did you apply for leave to clear it and your immediate superior rejected it?
Accumulation of annual leave and replacement workdays does subject to company's policies. Check the company handbook.

You should be a newbie in the corporate environment. You can make a complaint to the Labour Department. Most probably the labour officers may tell you why work for the extra few days.  You should not have waited to accumulate but take the next day off as rest day as specified under labour laws.

Just personal views for your case.

(I had 8 days annual leave burnt when I started in a new company. All my adult children have exhausted their 2017 leave by last week, sleeping at home.)

I am a newbie in a corporation (again) too, I hate corporation, but I need the money.

I have worked, I lost count, how many weekend and public holiday, yes January 1st included and I only get hour by hour HOUR OFF. Note this is an multinational corporation (MNC).

@Ng Yueh Shiun,

"company agreed:"
Who? and who is this he or she?
