Loan Disbursment: How long it takes for clearance once bank releases full purchase price to vendor?

I bought an apartment and received a call from the banker to inform that they have release full payment. Appreciate if somebody can help me with - how long does it take for the clearance once bank to release full purchase price to the vendor? Thanks heaps!
