If an employer forces an employee to work daily extra 3-4 hours on top of their working hours can we lodge a complaint?  And where can we do that? Is there a labor office contact or law that states this?  Our official working hours is 8:45 - 5:45 but never before we finishes at that time it will always be 9 or 10pm daily. Thanks

Are you paid overtime (OT)?
You can complaint or lodge a report at nearest Labour Department. But be prepared to be 'goreng sotong' and more mental torture.

Just find new job.
