A retail shop recently found that a price compare directory website is listing some of the products sell by them on the website as one of the reference for comparing item prices without their acknowledge and permission. The retail shop owner has contact the website owner to take down their shop info and prices from the website, but being ignore by the website owner.
Do the retail shop owner has legal right to stop others from showing / publishing their selling items price information?
