AKPK terminated

Hello, need some advice on my matter here. Recently AKPK have terminated my account even though I have been prompt payment for the past 4 years. 
Of lately I lost my job and delayed my payment for about two months. After many many attempts to reach my officer Ms Annie Tan but failed and the receptionist asked me to call to one officer by the name of Mr Henry from payment department and he told me to pay one month first and I did. 
However I received an email from AKPK stated that my account is terminated after I paid. 
How is that possible as I have spoken to Mr Henry and he advised me to pay one month first which is RM650?
AKPK didn't even called me about it or maybe a snail mail regarding my termination. 
What should I do now? How can this be?

Pay to individual banks.
This can happen.
During your acceptance into the DMP, you have been correctly advised that once it hit into second month default the banks can terminate the DMP. Even one bank terminates, the whole Program collapses.

The moment you loose your job, did you immediately inform your officer about impending default? That could have save the DMP. Not until after 2 months then raise the alarm which will be too late.

You have given a second chance to rectify your finances but you have screwed it up. Nothing much can be done.

My question is I pay according to my AKPK fixed payment or back to bank policy?
Please advise.
