Your ex employer
Since you are suing your ex employer, they may never give you.

I'm not sueing but involved in industrial relations dispute.....they are responsible for my safe return home to my country as well as needed paperwork about my visa....I'm just gonna consider it not my problem until they send it

I have been fired from my place of employment......I think but never really given a termination letter.....I went to the Industrial relation for the conciliation and nothing was solved, was not given any information from them yet.....My employer wrote to say they cancelled my work permit but wont provide any paperwork and is refusing to pay my last pay check.....So I cant leave until my tax papers are processed and my visa papers cancelled.....and my employer is responsible for my plane ticket out of here......so all I do is wait around for months?

My employer wrote to say they cancelled my work permit
A D.I.( Domestic Inquiry ) has been carried out.
The work visa cancelled. That is the Termination Notice.

my employer is responsible for my plane ticket out of here....
For premature termination of foreignemplymentcontract, no longer legally bound.

I went to the Industrial relation for the conciliation and nothing was solved, was not given any information from them yet
Cuz there is no case

Thank you for your response.  I have not been given official papers on my work visa being cancelled and I can't leave until it is and I need tax papers.  Anything I have researched states it is 100% my employers job to provide but they are refusing.  If they refuse I believe it states they are required to pay me for as long as they delay so if I stay in Malaysia for an addition year then when we do meet in court they are responsible for the back pay.

If Conciliation is not settled it goes on to headquarters, then director of general, industrial court .... this process takes many months......So Im stuck here until its settled unless they release me, then I can return for court hearing.

Im just confused as to why they are delaying and being unprofessional, its a full on bullying tactic and they will have problems in the future with immigration to legally get in foreign workers if they do not complete process correctly.  However even more sneaky is the visa is not listed under their school name, that's some sneaky business.

A plane ticket needs to be purchased directly after visa is cancelled by them for me.  Its extremely unprofessional of them and negatively effects them.

My employer wrote to say they cancelled my work permit
I have not been given official papers on my work visa being cancelled
The cancellation is done by the Employer.
The papers are given and addressed to the Employer not to you.
You have been notified. You have to go to the Immigration, show your passport with air ticket to obtain the "Checkout Memo" on your own accord.

they will have problems in the future with immigration to legally get in foreign workers if they do not complete process correctly.

They have completed their legal procedures.
They will just use another outsourcing company to bring in new workers, so why worry for them?

A plane ticket needs to be purchased directly after visa is cancelled by them for me.
How do you know that they have not purchased that ticket?
Have you contacted your ex employer?

I believe it states they are required to pay me for as long as they delay
What is wrongly believed/interpreted in Immigration laws, law of contracts and foreign employment contracts is disastrous. They did not delay. They have terminated the work permit (if any). You are the one who delayed by approaching Industrial relations for reconciliation. It should be a case for  " Arbitration "  not reconciliation as the work permit have been cancelled and the post have been taken up by other individual.

You are a USA citizen teaching American English or an Engish English Teacher?
Why so different in the english used esp in areas of legal interpretations?

Wow thanks for the information, but again its goes against anything I've researched, my employed is in the wrong and acting highly unprofessionally.  Its's 110% there job to assist me with exiting the country I do not need to report to any office, this is seriously unprofessional
