I have received warning letter with the whole list of accusations though I did nothing wrong. What can I do?

Further questions:
1. Can subordinate reject out of job scope tasks?
2. When management purposely makes difficulty on you by assigning overloaded tasks with tight deadlines, what we can do?

You can send the management a reply letter explaining why it was not your fault.
Keep you own copy.

Keep a copy of the letter safely in case you get sacked/fired.
If later you decide to sue the company in Industrial Court, you can use the letter as evidence.
