Which country are you from? Which place you enter? Did you have a return ticket to your country on entry?

The fine is RM30 per day. Overstay longer and you can be treated as a illegal worker, a ban, fine or even jail term.

Actually is my Vietnamese wife to be who are overstay now, I am from Singapore. She was refused entry to Singapore on 1st of August, I made an appeal before I went to Vietnam to meet her. The Officer told me within 1 month they will email me the result. We entered from KLIA on Aug 14 and on 2nd of Sept we went to Hyt Chyai, Thailand for holiday, and re-enter Malaysia on 6th of Sept. We come to JB to wait for the result and never expect the appeal take so long.  On the 5th of Oct around 2.30 pm, we went to JB immigration to extend her Social Visit Pass, immigration website written we can extend, but the officer told us only if I am Malaysian. The online Visa calculates she permit to stay until 6th but the officer told us she need to leave Malaysia by that day, but we were late to catch the last ferry.  The next two days JB immigration was close. I am worried and searching for solution these few days. Yesterday I recieved the email from ICA , she allow to enter sg now. Please advise what we can do now. What will happened to her if she surrender today?

@ Dragon88

Now you have given a clearer pic, only you can get clear answers.
Show evidence of delay to immigration Malaysia. They should be kind to her and fine her for a few days overstay of around RM30 per day with no ban imposed.

When immigration reference to return ticket means from Vietnam back to Vietnam, her country of origin. Many backpackers are caught when they cross borders in ASEAN countries which is no longer encouraged. This is to nap human trafficking.

Go now. JB is off day tomorrow .

I am a student at SEGi university and am having issues with my visa renewal and my special pass will be due by 8 May 2018. My EMGS is still on. Can I get another special pass till my visa is out because for now I don’t want to go back to my country.

Do not understand your issue. State your issues more clearly not half truths.

You have a VFR to come in, why need to renew? You have had a special pass, then EMGS should apply for another one for you. What is the actual issue? You from Syria?
