I have bought a SOHO unit and it has been granted vacant possession (VP) for more than 1 years and until today the developer still not issue any certification of completion (CCC).

Every month I keep paying installment without the right to enjoy the usage of the property.

What is the meaning of VP in Malaysia act? Is there any act stipulated the period developer must issue CCC after issuing VP?

If take legal action, will I able to claim all the losses from developer?
How long the legal action will take?

You will lose.  Developer did not promise you CCC, they only promise you VP and they already delivered.

You did.
Next time, read the Sale & Purchase agreement carefully before you sign.

Unfortunately no everyone can read or understand agreement hence there is law to make sure the intent of the contract is executed.
