An intern is having internship with a company. Now that intern is now working part time with the same company before continue with the study by next semester. During all these period, the company does pay allowance & wages for that intern. However, this intern is using his own device such as camera to do the job.

For all the work that has been done by that intern throughout all these period, who owns it? Is it belongs to the company or intern?

Is there any reference for copyright / ownership law? Especially for this kind of situation?

Read your Employment Contract for Internship again.
It should read as..  Property of the Company

However, this intern is using his own device such as camera to do the job.
Why didn't you request to use Equipment to be provided by the company?
