My friend's working for a company and he's planing to resign recently.
During his interview, his interviewer did mention that if he resigns before his contract ends, he'll need to compensate an amount of money to the company. But there's nothing mentioned regarding the compensation of the money in his contract at all.
In the contract, it only states that he will be given an "incentive cash money" IF he completes his working period according to the contract. Plus, the interviewer has left the company, and HR never mentioned anything about the compensation when he signed the contract.
So, he would like to know that is it possible for him to leave the company without compensation of money to the company?
Please note that he didn't receive any "Incentive Cash Money" so far.
