I'm a male from Pakistan. On July 2017, I surrendered myself to Malaysian Immigration after overstaying for about 1 year in Malaysia. Reason for overstay is almost the same with others who were in the same situation like me. By all means cheated by agent. The agent never return back my passport as well.. and he gave me fake letter from the Immigration which was stated that my application for Visa was approved.

I checked with the Expatriate Department in Putrajaya and they did confirmed that it was fake.. then I went to the Force department to surrender myself with Police report and new passport. They asked me to pay a fine of RM3,000 for overstaying. I settled the payment and they stamped my passport with 5 years banned.

After I came back Pakistan and married my fiance. She is a Malay Muslim. Now my questions are:
1. Do you know any way that my blacklist can cleared?
2. What do I need to do so that I can go back to Malaysia?
3. Can my Embassy help me in solving this problem?
