Privity of Contract (Buying Land at Higher Price)

A asks B to be his agent to purchase a land for him.A told B not to buy above £6,000. B found a land at price of £10,000. B buys it from C stating that he is acting as agent. Is the contract valid between B & C against A? Explain with Privity of Contract

This exam question is tough.

Why buy in £, use RM?

If no Power of Attorney is vested on B any contract on land is voidable. In any case A cannot afford, maybe in RM...
