Can a non-Muslim Malaysian get married to a foreigner (2nd Marriage) while the first marriage is still active? Getting married in Malaysia or another country is it allowed?

Bigamy ( marry twice ) is a crime punishable by jail for non-muslims.
If marry in another country, can also be jailed if somebody reports it to the police.

Almost all SEA countries requires certificate of single status from your country's embassy for the marriage to be solemnized.

If your partner yearned for a marriage ceremony, go for a Thai Traditional Marriage for two foreigners. However it will not be recognized by Malaysia. Even Some Islamic marriages in Thailand are not recognized by Malaysia.
