I have a case in High Court regarding the transfer of a house that my husband had transferred to me one year before he was declared a bankrupt. A creditor had initiated an action against me to declare the transfer to be illegal and should be transferred to the Insolvency Director. He named me, Director of Insolvency and CIMB as the defendants.

The High Court judge had granted an order against me. I ask my lawyer to appeal to Court of Appeal.

Recently, I received an unsealed Notis Usul and affidavit from the creditor which he stated in the affidavit that my lawyer only put me as the appellant and left out Insolvency Director and CIMB as the other appellant. This is the reason for the creditor to dismiss my appeal. My lawyer kept telling me its okay but he kept avoiding my phone call and always blue ticked my Whatsapp.

This is clearly my lawyer's fault. What option do I have? I don't want my appeal to be dismissed.

What is your lawyer's strategy for the Court of Appeals?
Did you discuss your strategy with him?

Post image of the Notis Usul ( Notice of Motion ) and Affidavit here so we can understand the problem better.

The real William Chan?

Only the real one can carry out a coup d'etat on a outdated bkcy law on transfer of properties to family members.

We all here are anxious on the case.
