I overstayed in Malaysia for 3 years last 2014. I decided to go back to Philippines (using travel documents) because they gave amnesty during that time where illegals were only required to pay RM400. I am working in one of the bars in Kuala Lumpur and my boss really trusts me with the business. 2 months after going home my employer sent me an invitation. The Malaysian Embassy in the Philippines gave me 90 days tourist visa. I was back to Malaysia in 2015. My employer registered me to rehiring program but until now, it's nearly a year already but I haven't done my 2nd thumbprint yet. They just keep on telling me to wait, wait and wait. My MYEG sim has also expired now. I decided to seek help in the embassy and ask them if it is possible for me to apply for another special pass since this will be my second time but they told me that it is out of their control.

I just want to know if it is safe for me to do the special pass again in the Immigration because I really need to go back home due to medical issues. Thank you so much.

Those robotic money eating machines are a real nuisance. They do not update you. Your application is wrong in the first place. You have been cheated by people again. You do not Qualify for the re-hiring because you were never been legally hired before.

The 2014 is an Amnesty of which you are banned for re-entry for 6 months. The current Amnesty is a 3+1 Voluntary Surrender. The ban for re-entry is 5 years.

Yes you can go for this surrender.. if you still have valid passport you can go home. For the second time offence, the Immigration may just give you a longer ban. That's all.

Please go home and teach your country folks that you are given a 3 months visa but it is for 30 days stay, single entry and non renewable.

You have been given a chance to enter after 6 months but abused this privilege again. Go home and repair your body or for whatever reasons.

Thank you so much jeff005 for your answer. I just want to add another question.

The 2014 is an amnesty of which u are banned for reentering Malaysia for 6 months.

I went home on 10 December 2014 but I was able to get back to Malaysia by 25th of February 2015. I was wondering why did my boss book a ticket for me from Manila to Singapore and I just used a bus for me to get into Kuala Lumpur again while they can just book a ticket directly from Manila to Kuala Lumpur instead right? Do you think my entry visa is fake? Is there any way to check if my entry chop here in Malaysia is real and won't affect my application of special pass.. thanks

Why? You are suspicious that you could have been a victim of human trafficking?

To answer your big question, I have to ask the following questions:
1. Any special instructions on how you cross the Immigration checkpoint at Woodlands, Singapore?
2. I need to see pics of the following stamps on your passport.
A. Exit stamp on 10 December.
B. Entry stamp on 25 February.
Post here. It will not reveal your id.
C. What is your age? You're a girl right?
D. What medical illness is yours? Due to your work scope? Liver impairment due to excessive drinking?
