Dear all,
I am sharing my self represent experience at Mahkamah Rayuan Putrajaya. Welcome all feedback and advice.

Summary of my case background :
My application to set aside Creditor Petition was rejected by Penolong Kanan Pendaftar.
I made an appeal to Judge in Chamber whom rejected my appeal as well.
Now I am bringing the case to next level; Mahkaman Rayuan Putrajaya.

Things that I have done :
- Paid RM1000 for deposit for this appeal.
- Filed 7 copies of Notis Rayuan at fees of RM600.
- Requested for Alasan Penghakiman (decision made by Commisioner of Justice)
- Drafted and finalized the Perintah

I shall need assistance to complete the preparation of Rekod Rayuan within 8 weeks from decision date.

For those who are interested in my high court appeal process, my previous thread link as below :

dear all, i am back.

below are additional information to follow for rayuan at mahkamah rayuan. together are samples of documents to use (those documents i share below worth around RM100k from start to finish if you hire a lawyer and not self represent, but with Avengers approval, i am sharing in this forum for FREE, to help others who wish to self represent, or perhaps some junior legal practitioners). i welcome all feedback for improvement on my preparation.

what i have done so far after high court rejected my application to set aside creditor petition :
- file notis rayuan to mahkamah rayuan (sample already shared above).
- file rekod rayuan to mahkamah rayuan

content of rekod rayuan must have the below documents to consider as completed, and must be bind into book, file 4 copies at mahkamah rayuan.

Part V - Copies of all related documents
This part is not easy, it all depends whether you have really done your work well since the first day you fight the case. you need to keep every document properly from time to time during attending your hearing, the documents you received from court or lawyer, and the document you obtained thru file searches (why file search?? because certain lawyer sometimes will not send to you even though they file it at court, and if you do not conduct file search to obtain those important documents, you might loss your case because of that trick by certain lawyers)

Only Crazy people fight Banks in Court.

Hi kunta-kinti,

Once you win this appeal, don't forget to ask for RM 8,000 in costs.
Also ask for the Commissioner of Justice's decision to be reversed ( RM 5,000 costs reversed ),
and ask for the Penolong Kanan Pendaftar's decision to be reversed ( RM 800 costs reversed ).

So in total, you can claim RM 8,000 + RM 5,000 + RM 800 = RM 13,800 from Affin Bank
which should be enough to buy a Cefiro A33 car.
You can also take back your RM 1k deposit from the counter clerk.

Good Luck.
