I am a Malaysian citizen. I want to marry a Thai girl. She left Malaysia recently with Special Pass and was given a ban of 5 years (could be on black list).

What can I do to marry her? She's now in Thailand.

Go marry her in Thailand. Register the marriage with the Malaysian Embassy in Bangkok.

After that you apply for residency there. After 5 years, bring her to Malaysia to register the marriage here and register it with the Thai Embassy in Jalan Ampang Kuala Lumpur or in Penang. After that she apply for LTSVP for 5 years and live here.

with Special Pass, given a ban of 5 years (could be on black list).
A BAN on re-entry is the blacklisting. It is not permanent.

After more than 1 year of marriage in Thailand, using the Thai docs to make an " APPEAL " to Immigration Malaysia to reduce the period of BAN. Depending on the circumstances of the BAN, Immigration Malaysia may allow a shorter BAN.
