Mahkamah drag child access for over 2 years

I filed in a notice to gain access to my kid around 2015, the other party lawyer then drag the matter with excuses like the kid don't want to see me, I must pay more money and etc.

The shocking thing is the court entertain those excuses for years and continue to drag the matter and allow such noble request for child access to be challenge for such a long time.

Is there anyway I can complain this judge professionalism for allowing such matter to drag for so long together with the opponent lawyer?

Selamat Hari Raya to all Moslems

Happy Holidays to all Malaysians.

The Majority of Single fathers in Malaysia losing custody of their children is very high. Although the laws is protective towards mothers for children under the age of 7 below, nowadays, most mothers have their own career to pursue, hence, equal rights for custody is given both spouses in the form of Joint Custodianship.

For those who are in the edge of a divorce, do read by yourself (do not rely on lawyers) what are the types of Custody for a Child who is protect by Child's Act / Laws.
1. Physical Custody
2. Legal Custody
3. Sole Custody
4. Joint Custody
5. Bird's Nest Custody

The term "Access" is a outdated term, no longer workable for modern Malaysia.
The term "Visitational Rights"  can be just looking at your child thru the windows or iron gate grilles in the sanctuary of the parent who has been granted Sole Custody, for 10 minutes ONLY.

Why Malaysian Men loses "Custody"? Because they are greedy for Sole Custody.
In Malaysian Family Courts, when a child's custody is not properly specified during divorce, the tendency for the Judge to award Sole Custody to the mother is No.1, as the Laws favor women.

For those FATHERS who has lost any Custody of his child, do not be in despair, there are venues for legal recourse such as making an application for "Variations in the Dekri Nisi" for some form of Custody of your child. Do be careful, this involves a "restructuring" of most of the T&C in the original divorce, in which, you may ended up in paying higher alimony, child living expenses and other claims which was not clearly specified during the divorce.

Already said the excuses given by the judge is child refuse to (obviously the child is thought to say such thing), then the next excuse is want more money.

If for such lame reason can drag for years just for access, then where's the common value of respecting your parents? Where's the value that teaches us to care, love and respect our elders?

Is this how the court teaches our society, to play game and parents rights is allowed to be trample on, challenge, humiliated and taken as profiteering opportunities?

Please think, if this is what being promoted, then days of retribution will come for these people.

The day of retribution have already surfaced. No doubt.
Why speak of the common value of respecting your parents when the Sanctity of the Marriage Relationship has NOT been observed?

Genesis 2:18-24
18 And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him. 19 And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof. 20 And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him. 21 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; 22 And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. 23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. 24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

Not getting any CUSTODY could mean that there are serious wrongdoings from one party.
