Dear Sir,

When buying a property under both husband and wife's name, what will be the problem faced by the other partner still living when he/she want to sell the property if the other partner suddenly passed away? Is it better to put a single person's name and make a will to pass on to the beneficiary in case the owner pass away?

This is an option when both parties is agreeable.
Issues will only come when there is a divorce down the road..
Even more serious if a spouse convert to be a Muslim.
