I stay at my parent house and have been making the monthly instalment payment to bank as well. Recently my father wants to sell this house which is under his name and his second wife name. They didn't pay a single cent for this house for 15 years. Of course I think it's unfair to me and my mom if they sell the house. But I have no ideal what can I do to stop this happened. Can someone give me advice? Thank you.

Your mom and stepmom staying in this house now?
Just treat the installments you have paid as rental.
Move on with your life with your mom.
There has not been a "Clear Cut" divorce (if any) or separation.

Hahaha.. I know what answer someone will give on this type of issues.
