Can a married mother register her new born baby, and address herself as single mother because the baby is with someone else? Thanks.

Are you the husband or the father of the baby?

The answer is ..
Yes, she can register by telling lies..
It is up to the JPN officers to believe her or not.. legally speaking, a mother can register her newborn with just presenting the maternity records.

There is nothing much anybody can do as she is harming her own child down the road.

I am the father of the baby. We want to get baby registered, but under single mother first, then later after her divorce is completed and we are married, I can put down my name subsequently as the father.
