New Facebook scammer user name is Lugard Morphy. He said he loves me and he wants to send me a package  from Syria containing money US$80,000 and a bar of gold.

My question is what should I answer to him that he doesn't  notice that I know it's a scam?

Scam him back.

To prove his love, ask him to transfer USD 1,000 into your credit card account so that you can use the monies to pay for any custom duties.

I told him what you said and his answers was that, "Look, I was hoping for that but my friend said it will be more safe to pay for the package than to make transfer. There will be not much time for him to do that all he will do is to register it the way others did to their family."

Please what should I do.

If you really love me, send me some monies to pay for custom duties which is very high in my country. If not f*** OFF.
