I am from Australia have been blacklisted for 5 years due to 45 days overstay in Malaysia. How I can lodge an application to the Immigration for removal?

Is there any other way getting in to remove name from blacklist? Where are requirement and procedure removing my name from blacklist?

Thank you so much!

For an Aussie, a ban of 5 years for 45 days overstay appears harsh. Are there other issues leading to the maximum ban period meted out?

The blacklisting will not be removed even after the ban period. The ban period can be appealed to be shorten under very special circumstances. Try the Malaysian Embassy at Melbourne? Is there one?
