I am working as a General Worker with Mydi* Mohamed Holdings Bhd, Subang Jaya, Malaysia.

On 17/03/2017, the company arranged for me to undergo a medical test (FOMEMA) at KLINIK ALAM MEDIC. After few days, the result announced shows that I am suffering Syphilis.

I was shocked and then I made a decision to go to another hospital for my personal satisfaction. So I went to Subang Jaya Medical Centre for a medical test. After the result was out, I saw the medical report. It shows that I am not suffering any viral disease. My test reports are clear.

I belongs to a very poor family and my family totally depends on me. Here is my career. Nobody knows better than me, how I arranged money to come to Malaysia.

Kindly help me on this situation. I need serious help and am a waiting for your response.

I send you scan copies of test result in attachments.

Thanks & Regards.

@Muhammad

The agent who bought you in should have a first medical checkup in your country.

When you arrive, one medical checkup will.be done thru Formena panel of doctors approved by immigration dept. Do not worry, Mydin agents will appeal and have a second checkup on you. They also have spend lots of moneys bringing you here.

We Malaysians are fully aware how some of you spend moneys to pay blood sucking agents in your country to come here to work for a decent living. The Malaysian employer is paying the air ticket, but the agent will collect from you and pocket it.

Be patient, Mydin is sure to do some work on your case. They also lose as much moneys as you.

Formena lab tests results is in very small prints, hard to read even with naked eye. And the employer only get the carbonised copy. Almost impossible to be posted here in Jpg and to be read.

I want to upload a picture of the FOMEMA result but I am not able to post because of file size problem. How I minimized file size? I used mobile. No computer or laptop. Please give me your email address I will send it.

Your appeal also will be rejected. FOMEMA is the hardest test of all. Under new immigration rules, your employer will be fully responsible and must deport you.

Your appeal also will be rejected.
Please quote under what section of the Immigration Act that this appeal will be rejected? What were the new amendments to the Immigration Act (if any)? As far as things are concerned, there are no amendments to the ACT.

FOMEMA is the hardest test of all
DO NOT agree, it is just a mandatory medical checkup.

Under new immigration rules, your employer will be fully responsible
How could he (for the above) have an employer when he has not yet got a Foreign Employment Pass?

(Note that the above case is different). All the while the employer is fully responsible for the past 30 years. There has been no changes with regards to this ruling.

Can you please explain to me what this means? I am little worried because my medical screen is:

"Medical examination result is outstanding. For further information, please contact your registered doctor/clinic. Thank you."
