Purpose of this thread is to share court experience in my FIGHT with AFFIN BANK on credit card debt.

My original debt = RM9k.
I was served bankruptcy notice (Amount  RM77k) in 2015 thru substitute service.

I took the fight since then (already more than 1 year from date of noticed served). Throughout this period, i have attended court not lesser than 30 times; including attend case management, filing documents, file searches. TODAY, I AM STILL NOT A BANKRUPT PERSON.

FYI, I am a layman. Cannot be more layman than layman.

End of 2016, the PKP rejected my application to set aside CP.
I made an appeal. Now the case is pending for decision by Judge in Chamber.

Stay tune for more.

Naturally I am disappointed with the decision to reject the appeal.
However, i am still convinced that the appeal should have been allowed and that the Alor Star High Court Judge was wrong.
If i don't have strong convictions about the feasibility of winning this case,
i would be the first one to advice kunta_kinti to stop here.

kunta_kinti has made the decision to appeal to Court Of Appeals, Putrajaya.
The Avengers will assist kunta_kinti to take this case all the way to the Federal Court if necessary.

Hi kunta_kinti

Please prepare the following documents quickly

1.  Letter requesting Written Grounds of Judgement addressed to Judge's secretary.
2.  Notis Rayuan  ( to Court of Appeals )
3.  Deraf Perintah of the decision ( to seal it early. )

and post it here for checking.

Time to open up the Avengers' War Chest for funds.
