Purpose of this thread is to share court experience in my FIGHT with AFFIN BANK on credit card debt.

My original debt = RM9k.
I was served bankruptcy notice (Amount  RM77k) in 2015 thru substitute service.

I took the fight since then (already more than 1 year from date of noticed served). Throughout this period, i have attended court not lesser than 30 times; including attend case management, filing documents, file searches. TODAY, I AM STILL NOT A BANKRUPT PERSON.

FYI, I am a layman. Cannot be more layman than layman.

End of 2016, the PKP rejected my application to set aside CP.
I made an appeal. Now the case is pending for decision by Judge in Chamber.

Stay tune for more.

Amoi.. sabar la
Da tulis Yang Arief akan bagi keputusan based on bkcy laws laid out by the end of this month.

To believe some lawyers boastful statements? Might as well believe that camels do fly over Arabian desert.
Can oso believe that there are fflying Dumbos.

9 lawyers stated, BBG and BBLAC, that I will lose Full Custody of my son. I self represented and I won on Joint Custody plus Alimony paid to ME with advices from the Avengers.

Want me to put full confidence on some lawyers, flying kites at Morib Beach is easier.

How did the KL bank lawyer rebut the claim that the Notis Kebankrapan is defective?
How he show the judge that it is not defective?

vkpc,
yes you are right, the case is now pending for decision by judge. will update once have decision.

jackson,
the lawyer did not rebut. they admitted it was defective but minor. according to the lawyer, the issue was not material and claimed the judge would let them win.

faqs,
please do not disturb. we are not interested with politics.

Hi Kunta,

Did you and the lawyer take turns to talk?
Did the lawyer interrupt your talk?
Was the lawyer and Judge surprised at how you talk?
Did you or the lawyer manage to answer all questions posed by the Judge?

during the hearing session, the judge allowed me to start talking. the judge wanted quick and precise summisson. she urged by repeatedly asking a similar question "is that all?"
after that was the bank lawyer's turn. we did not interupt each other. judge rushed the bank lawyer the same way " is that all?"

it was a speedy but smooth session with a lot of conversation took place. both bank lawyer and myself were bit struggle on the pace. i manage to pull thru because i prepared quite well with help of avengers. however,  i thought bank lawyer's performance need to improved. he merely focused on their written summission content instead of what the judge really wanted to hear from him.

Kenape Avengers selalu lawan dengan Affin Bank sahaja, tidak bank-bank yang lain?
