If a bankrupt person wants to go Taiwan, can he or she indicate the reason as 'praying'?

Can I know, if a bankrupt person wants to go overseas, he or she needs to get approval from the Insolvency Department first only can proceed to buy air ticket?

My friend introduced me to someone, who can help to get approval from the Insolvency Department for overseas. Is it possible?

If I apply for travel approval to Bangkok, can I fly to Taiwan from Bangkok? Any block from the Taiwan Immigration?

1. Can buy ticket first. If application not given, cancel ticket la..

2. Taiwan will welcome you with open hands and legs but if Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia (JIM) finds out about Taiwan Immigration chops on your passport, you have broken laws of travel on bankruptcy. The possible penalties are:
Jail term for you;
Extend your case management period;
Travel deposit forfeited;
Guarantor may be fined;
Even after being discharged from bankruptcy by the Insolvency Department, it is the Immigration turn not to renew your passport for a period of years.
