I have overstayed in Malaysia two years ago and my name was blacklisted for five years because of the overstaying issue. Since the immigration department did not inform me that I was blacklisted, I thought that I wasn't. I bought my flight tickets and arrived at KLIA then only I knew that I was blacklisted and could not enter Malaysia. They have sent me back to my country.

Since then, I am trying to solve the problem, trying to remove my name from the blacklist. My girlfriend had made an appeal to the immigration department stating that we are going to get married but the appeal was rejected.

I have lots of friends in Malaysia and I know some guys manage to clear their names from the blacklist after paying some amount of money to an insider. I have also paid some amount of money to a friend to remove my name from the blacklist however, he failed. So I got my money back. Right now there are several ways to enter Malaysia. One option is there is a guy at KLIA counter and when I arrive at KLIA I'll just give him a call then he will inform me the counter number then I will go to him to stamp my passport. He will not take my fingerprint. Then once I am in Malaysia with 3 months of visa, they will try to remove and settle the blacklist issue. But I don't feel comfortable with this way so I am not taking this way...

Another way is that I have to pay a bit big amount of money to someone in immigration and they will clear my name completely from the system within one month. I pay half first then when the job is done I pay the remaining amount. I trust this guy because he is my close friend I saw him doing this kind of things when I was in Malaysia...

One more way, my another friend is friends with the Menteri and all, he is going to get a letter from the immigration stating that I can enter Malaysia for few weeks maybe.. I will show this letter to the counter at KLIA then I can pass legally because I have the letter from immigration. Then after when I am inside, they will try to settle the blacklist issue.

Please let me know about all this since I don't want to be illegal in Malaysia. The reason why I was overstayed is a personal reason.  I just love staying in Malaysia and my girlfriend is there.

Please enlighten me, thank you.

The above post should not be allowed.

It highlights serious allegations of breaches of security issues with our immigration. This forum is about legal obstacles not about those illegal alleyways of doing things.

I have lots of friends in Malaysia
There is no need to ask her then.

I just love staying in Malaysia and my girlfriend is there.
Every immigrant will profess the same sincere feelings with apparent conviction.
What happens to the wife and children? No wonder currently millions of women and child are refugees in the Middle East (nothing was mentioned about the father of the family. MIA I suppose)

There is no way to clear black list, this your offence will remain in the system forever. What your friends might be doing - getting student or working visa during banned period from illegal source.

One option is there is a guy at KLIA counter
Don't take this unnecessary risk, if anything happen during your un-permitted stay in Malaysia and immigration finds out that you are in the country without any records in the system  - you will be convicted and banned forever.

Then once I am in Malaysia with 3 months of visa, they will try to remove and settle the blacklist issue.
Once again, none has this superpower to clear your name from black list, they might try to get you a visa from illegal source, because you can not get visa in legal way since you have been blacklisted. Than again in case if you travel outside the country for holidays - you need to look for the counter in KLIA to pass the gates without any record? That's very risky.

my another friend is friends with the Menteri and all
If that's so they can try for you to shorten your ban, there are certain circumstances under which authorities can communicate your case.
