My question is about my citizenship in Malaysia. I applied for citizenship about six months ago. Now my husband is having problems of bankruptcy. It is regarding our house. It was sold by the bank. Now will those affect my citizenship application? Will my citizenship be rejected by the Government because of my husband's Bankruptcy Notice?

How long you have been living in Malaysia?

Have you got your Permanent Residency (PR) yet. If YES, for how long already?

Your PR is also based on the sponsorship of your husband, there might be some hiccups if he goes into bankruptcy if he would be unable to support you unless you are are independent and in gainful employment.
