hi,

I enclosed a copy of my CCRIS report here asking forumers favour in answering some of my question. By the way, I have already surrendered myself to Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia (JIM_ in between year 2010 or 2011 and has been paying to JIM for monthly payment (although I did miss some payment as bank account is emptied due to insufficient fund).

What I don't understand is what the column under (Date Balance = 21/5/2016) and under column (Date Status update = 28/2/2014) is? Is this a new case file of bankruptcy being filed against me in addition to my existing bankruptcy case, because I notice it was a credit card case file, whereas I am bankrupted due to Hire Purchase case file.

Dear Sonny

Nothing to worry about.
The date 21.05.2016 is the last date Ambank update to BNM.
The updating to BNM on 28.2.2014 is to indicate that you are a Bankrupt.
Your card should be under MBF. Right?

You should now make a declaration in a new SOA to JIM and list them as your creditor and make them file POD. Otherwise, there can be a loose end after being discharged from bankruptcy.

Ambank can chase for recovery even after 20 years. Read "Roy Ong" (2 years ago).

As for your grouse that nobody is answering the above post is:-

1. The pic is not clear
2. The breaking of the pic does not "tally", we do not want to make assumptions.
3. This is a forum for people to discuss. Editorial do not comment nor participate.
4. There is no obligations for anyone (forumers) or anybody to comments or even help.
5. You have email the actual copy to me with full details of names etc, of which I appreciate very much of the trust placed on me, making me feel like i am not a ROBOT dealing with issues.

Feel free to ask further questions.

Thanks Jeff for replying and guidance.
And yes, the card is under MBF that time. But, why wasn't it compiled together (I mean I was being bankrupted also by MBF as a guarantor for Hire Purchase case).

Oh yeah, regarding the 'Roy Ong' saga, I will dedicate some time to read it. For your info, maybe got some pointers for me because I remember I had many credit card during those years (Arab Malaysian, Citibank ....etc)

Forgot to tell, I still receive calls and SMS asking me to settle credit cards balance. They are so efficient, they SMS to me just 1 day after I register the SIM card by DIGI.
