Hi, good day to you all.

I had entered into a deed of arrangement with my business partners in 2012. This company consists of 3 shareholders and one of the shareholder( Party A ) took over the company. After much negotiations, we had agreed and consented to transfer all the properties held under the various companies accordingly.

Party A stated that he need the assets to apply for bank loan. But after we transfer most of the properties and companies to A,  A then refused to complete the transfers procedure for us.  We put the transfer works on hold and informed Party A that we want to do the transfer simultaneously.  Party A  keep ignoring us, now what should we do? Is it a must to go to court to settle this issue?

I'm looking for a lawyer who is experience in this area of law. Would prefer a lawyer from the Northern Region of Peninsula Malaysia. Please advise and thanks.

Should i look for a corporate lawyer or just a normal property lawyer? Can a deed expired, is there any time limitation?
