I bought a condo from non-Bumi. After 7 years decided to sell. Strata title is out but I have not pay to the lawyer. Now a non-Bumi is interested to buy.

My question is can I sell to non-Bumi and everything will be done by the lawyer for title transfer or do I need to get the consent first to sell to non-Bumi? Where and how do I start first?

It depends on whether the first non-bumi is an Indian, Chinese, Singh or lain-lain.

No need consent. Bumi or non-Bumi not relevant. Appoint your lawyer to do the transfer or you may do it yourself.
