Didn't your lawyer tell you what the fight is all about?

Where are you from?
KL or outstation?

Your pic is not clear, cannot read the dates properly?

Judgement is in what year?

Now is what year?

The bankruptcy amount will be different now.

Send clear pic to my email account, then call me.. (if you want to)

If like this , better apply bankruptcy.

To be certain, you can always ask your lawyer how much each stage will cost

1. Oppose Application for leave -- RM 30k
2. Appeal to High Court ---
3. Oppose Notice of Bankruptcy ---
4. Oppose Creditor's Petition --
5. Apply to stay Bankruptcy ---
6. Appeal to Judge in Chambers ---
7. Appeal to Court of Appeals ( Putrajaya ) --

and sum up the total cost yourself.
Knowledge is important.

The 2 docs you have send me is of no use for this case.

The calculations also no use.

One of the co-borrower have been bankrupted based on these two docs, sorry to say, your brother is next...

I have viewed the draft affidavit in reply.
I am surprised that the lawyer put sob stories in the affidavit.
My opinion is that sob stories have no effect and will not work.
