No... We not talking to the laywer
Just go inside to the room which just have
Hakim, plaintif Lawyer and my brother and I,
I role as a translator

She said if we fail to send in Affidavit before 13/2, she Will direct make a judgement at 28/2...And said to me,  Jagan balik sekarang, pergi cari peguam.

When I ask more, she says , cari peguam, selepas peguam tahu macam mana buat demikian.

What did the bank lawyer say to the Judge?
Is your brother the first or second defendant?

When I ask more, she says, cari peguam
What did you ask?

Do you plan to get a lawyer?

What is there to discuss?
This is just an application to court to re-open an old case
There is a 6 years Limitation to claim for interests and to re-open the case
The 12 years limitation to file for bankruptcy end 30.09.2017
The bank is very desperate, not much time
You even less time.. just 1 week.

1. You have not answer Mr. vkpc question
2. The documents you have posted is not even 10% of what are the actual court documents filed in the court for the whole case from start of first summons till today.
3. Your case is quite complicated to fight and no ordinary lawyer firm can handle. Big firms costs a lot and may not take up the case as they may offend the banks. Smaller firms may not be skillful enough to handle your case.

You have to decide fast.. the clock is ticking..!!

Either
1. Engage a lawyer fast
or
2. Self Represent (but this needs a bit on skills and law knowledge)

Because of my brother no confident to present himself., So maybe we will apoint a Lawyer. I will go to Lawyer firm tomorrow and see how, I know I had no time to waste. I will keep update here if your guys interested in this case. (I hope I can find a Lawyer which accept this case and reasonable fees which I can bear, if not we got no choice, my brother need to represent himself.)  Here I upload the full document except some page upload before.
