Hello. I'm from Ukraine. I was deported from Malaysia since 2013 July. My friend  friend promised  me to make business visa. He took 10 thousand rm and my passport and disappear. I have  been cheated very well. I gotten my white passport from my embassy  to return my country.  Can I visit now Malaysia for holidays? Now I'm French citizen and I live in France. I hope I will get my answer soon as possible. Thank you. Have good day.

I was deported from Malaysia since 2013 July
Can you describe in what manner you were "deported"
What was the reason given by Immigration for the deportation?
"Deportation" and "allow to exit/leave" are two different senarios.
What was in the stamp in the white passport. There is a code over there.
What was the validity period of that "white passport"?
Which country were you deported to?

Did you overstay?
Did you surrender to immigration?
When you enter Malaysia via the International Airports or by Border pass thru Thailand?
Did the Immigration take Biometric Finger printing of you upon entry in 2013?
Were you finger printed on "deported"?
Depending on certain circumstances, there is a BAN on re-entry of 6 months to 5 years.

Hello Jeff. Thank you for your answer. I don't know if is called deport or just I have to leave the country. I was waiting for my super visa for 5 month after he switch off the phone I'm understood I can't get back my passport.. then I go to my embassy they give my white passport just for one month to return my country.  After I go to Putrajaya immigration with my white passport and return ticket. they took my finger print I pay some amount I don't remember how much. then they gave me 14 day special pass. In airport they didn't ask me anything I just give them my white passport and letter what immigration gave me. that letter was in Malay language I didn't understand nothing. Then I come back with Emirate airplane Ukraine.

@ Umida

Part 1
Thank you for your honest answers. Less than 5% of postings by others are full of half truths and excuses. It makes replies inaccurate plus waste of time for those who answer.
Only the actual person who has gone thru the ordeal will be able to answers the Q's.

Then I come back with Emirate airplane Ukraine.
That means you are holding a Ukraine Passport at that time.
The Malaysian Immigration have your biometric fingerprints now.
If you come in under a french passport, you could be in trouble.

white passport and letter what immigration gave me. that letter was in Malay language
The letter is the "exit pass". Simply means you can leave Malaysia.

Previous Immigration Rules. Please check with MHC (Malaysian High Commission) for latest updates
Nationals of the following countries DO NOT REQUIRE VISA for Social Visit. The duration of stay is 3 Months only
FRANCE

Nationals of the following countries DO NOT require a visa to enter Malaysia For Social Visit and the duration of stay is 1 Month only
UKRAINE

Notes
There is no such visa known as "Business Visa" issued by Malaysian Immigration.
You can come in to look for business opportunities and even employment. But you may have to make multiple trips for the application of VISA and ENTRY PASS which is different in nature.
There is no such thing as "Super Visa".

Frankly, I have difficulty understanding this website.

@ Umida

Part 2
1. If you want to come into Malaysia again, please ascertain the purpose of your trip, business?, employment? tour? then only apply for the correct Visa and/or Pass. Entering on a Free Social Visit Pass is not functional if you have additional other plans.

2. First you check with MHC in France to explain your predicament. Check for how long you were BAN for entry based on your old Ukraine Passport. You are BAN based on your fingerprint. Do not come till you have sorted out things first. If you enter with your current French Passport, they may stamp NTL (Not To Enter) and blacklist it with indefinite time period.

3. You have surrendered to Immigration, paid the penalties and exited. Ukraine is not on the Malaysian blacklist for potential illegal immigrants. You could have been ban for maybe 2-3 years, not the max 5 years. Just check with the MHC. So to speak, it is not a "Deportation" in your case but leaving voluntary.

So, what is the purpose/s of this trip? For business which may take more than 3 months?
