Hi, I tender resignation at 6 Jan 2017 and my notice period is 1 month as per contract (before confirmation).
My last working day should be 5 Feb 2017. However, I agreed with my direct superior to extend one more week, i.e. 10 Feb 2017.
I also have 10 days unused annual leave as at 10 Feb 2017.

However, I fear that they will not pay my salary from 1 Feb - 10 Feb 2017 plus my 10 days unused leave.
I heard that they will hold my Feb salary if I did not finish my job before I leave (which is quite impossible as I'm working alone with no help or backup).

Can the company hold my salary even if I leave by 10 Feb 2017, and tried my best to complete as much job as I could?

or I can leave by 1 Feb 2017, since I have 10 days annual leave to offset?

Seek your advice.

You cannot expect the company to pay you exactly on your last day.
They need a bit of time to calculate the taxes, epf, socso and other things.
Payment within 1 month after leaving is typical.

Discuss you final day with the HR department or your boss.
