While I was away there has been a water leaking outside my unit, utmost in front of it. The specific pipe coming to my unit from water control room was leaking. Management says that it is my responsibility even if the pipe not entering my units yet but the leaking is from a joint/curve. Pipes are running on the corridors ceilings.

I think (but not sure) the pipe problem due to high water pressure I experienced sometime in the past.

The condominium is less than 10 years old and I bought my unit around 4 years ago.

True I am the one to pay for repairs? Or is this a so called common area? What about control on water pressure? Management told me others tenants/owners got this problem every now and then!
