Attention to those who have Overstay in Malaysia

Surrender to Immigration is the ONLY Solution:

1. Bring the passport that you have used to come into Malaysia.

2. For those who have "lost" their passport, go get new Temporary Passport from your Embassy in Malaysia.

3. For "lost" passports and unable to proof with documents the actual date of entry into Malaysia, be prepared for higher fines and longer ban period of re-entry.

@ Elaine

Entry 26 May
Duration allowed till  9th June (15 days)
Overstay 4 1/2 months ++

No wonder the Embassy do not want to help.
Overstay too long on eNTRI.

Since Embassy ask him to go direct to IMI, he has no choice but to do so.
Are you pregnant now?
Did you get the name of the Consular and contact number to prove you went to the China Embassy?
Did he signed into the  "Visitor Log Book" at the Embassy?

Calling the Embassy is no use..
Go to the Embassy'
Sign into the visitor log book
Get name and contact number of the Consular if he is detained by IMI MAL.
Get proof you have been to "surrender" to China Embassy to seek help'
Get letter from your gynae (doctor) that you have pregnancy problems (foetus unstable)
Submit the letter from doctor together with an  APPEAL  letter.
This  MAY.. saved him from getting a Jail Term but still bar for 5 years from coming in.
And I am saying  "may"  only..

Dear @jeff0005,

I was denied entry into Malaysia last Saturday due to, to many stamps of entrying Malaysia in my passport. because I was denied entry into Malaysia they sent me back to my last destination what was Jakarta. When I arrived there I was also denied entry there reason because I was denied entry in Malaysia.

Malaysian officer told me that I have cooling period of 1 month in Malaysia. Does this also apply to Indonesia? As I was denied as well. There is no NTL stamp from the Indonesia side only Malaysia.

will there always be red light with my name in the computer system or does this clear after one month?

Thanks for your help
I am from the Netherlands btw and come to Malaysia for the last 5 months going to Singapore and Indonesia as well.
