Attention to those who have Overstay in Malaysia

Surrender to Immigration is the ONLY Solution:

1. Bring the passport that you have used to come into Malaysia.

2. For those who have "lost" their passport, go get new Temporary Passport from your Embassy in Malaysia.

3. For "lost" passports and unable to proof with documents the actual date of entry into Malaysia, be prepared for higher fines and longer ban period of re-entry.

IMMI have provided such a long period for illegal stay foreigners to leave with small fine. You said you thought it can be settle by money. Than why you ask for advise?

Questions
1. Do you have any copy of old passport?
2. The police report still in hand?
3. How does she manage to get the passport since she already overstayed on that time?
4. Why this long period already didn't think of marriage?
Your son is 1 years old now.
Culture marriage is not recognized by Malaysia law.

@ Elenal

Please take a clearer and bigger pic and post it again here.
You can delete your name and your photo.
I want to see name of company and details of the payment.

1. What actually you are working as?
2.  I cannot commit or comment, but I suspect this is a fake permit. If you surrender to IMM, you can be jailed for more than 6 months and ban forever from coming into Malaysia.

I’m a barista/waitstaff in a restaurant. The Agent my Employer engaged in took over 2 years and almost rm8000 from my salary to process. She returned this sticker to me in August - I am not aware of the existence of the cleaning company. I wanted to surrender before August 30 but my employer stopped me a few days before the amnesty ended, saying the agent can renew my permit. They have been quiet ever since - is there any avenue for me to 1. Get out and 2. Report them?
