Attention to those who have Overstay in Malaysia

Surrender to Immigration is the ONLY Solution:

1. Bring the passport that you have used to come into Malaysia.

2. For those who have "lost" their passport, go get new Temporary Passport from your Embassy in Malaysia.

3. For "lost" passports and unable to proof with documents the actual date of entry into Malaysia, be prepared for higher fines and longer ban period of re-entry.

 OBO4Life

By your posts above at wee hours of MAL time, I can conclude that you are :-

1.  A stinky scumbag fake blood sucking Agent of death to your own countrymen.

2.  Your purpose here is to spread false hopes to those illegals who have gone back safely to your country that there are other means of getting into MAL again after being BAN for 5 years for re-entry.

3.  Those who needed to be back in MAL will try to contact you by the giving of their contact details as have shown many many times before inside this website. Unfortunately, the Editor here, has failed to deleted those contacts nos and details.

you are way far away force me to bow down to your words or whatever you are trying to
prove.
Do I need people to bow down to my words? I speak of Legal Facts  that is written in IMI Laws. Do I need you to go down on your knees to beg for forgiveness for being a Fxxxing Askxxxx Agent to try to  Cheat  innocent people reading this website?

Keep your rudeness to yourself or pass th m to your kids becaus I don’t care!
Do fake agents care about those people whom they have cheated?
We are all mature adults who may have altercations in interpretation of laws and policies, but we do not bring other family members from the opposing side into the altercations. Why bring my children into this convo? It only reflects the poor educated nature of yourself and possibly the educational level of your country and the way women and children are being treated there within..!!

Wow.. my children.. hahaha.. they are even more unkind and downright obnoxious towards illegals in Malaysia. One was molested in public transport (bus and metro train), one was robbed and had 8 stitches on the head, cut with a knife on his tights, one who is a construction site technical engineer who deals with 100s of both legals and illegals, and one who was at 10 years old when he was molested by both legals and illegals foreign migrant workers when he regularly goes to buy his meals at the nearby Mamak Stall. And ME..  i am the one of those who have trained more than 500 legal migrants workers to assimilate into the Malaysian Culture and Work Ethics. Those legals who came here and turned illegals came to me for help during these stressful period.

Most of your opinions here are based on whatever is in your head!
Of course it comes from my head, my brains..stupid..!! All the relevant information I gathered is from the responses from those people I have helped to go home safely to re-unite with their family. They have posted actual and detailed events of what they have gone thru, their passports, private details etc etc.. I cannot re-post it out here as I can be charged under PDPA ACT 2013.

You are nothing but a Fake Agent whose motive here is to carry out a new  SCAM..!!

You are as stupid as it can be! How old are you again because I can see you acting like a local Kid. Do I need to remind you again that I don’t need to be an agent to know what’s going on and don’t ever think you making sense because u got no point u smelly head Parrot!!! U can’t silence my voice and that’s your problem here!

Swallow your stupidity and get some little sense! Read between the line and get yourself busy! You can’t force nobody to bow down to your dummy opinions so suck it up!

I never said anything that I work with agent!!!! Dummy!

You are so dumb because u are really not using your HEAD to think. I don’t need to be an agent and we don’t really need to have the same view or force me or people to bow down to your opinions.

If you trying to help them make sure you talk with manners and not just trying to be stupid and harsh to people. Your nick should be Parrot!

Please to all illegals in Malaysia do make use of the ongoing 3+1 to go back your country. I think it’s going to end by Aug/30/2018. It’s 300+100 fee. I read the raiding is going to be massive after that for the illegals.

Pay the fee and get banned for 5years.
To be illegal in Malaysia is too risky because I think there’s 6months jail term if caught and Malaysian prison is like HELL as I heard. I overstayed 1year so I went to Putrajaya  immigration with ticket and I paid the fee. They gave me about 14days to stay in Malaysia and I exit before the 14days. Wish you guys good luck.

If your passport is lost. Go to your embassy and explain to them.

Hi everyone,

I overstayed my visa for 3 months because of death threats I got from back home, my plan for staying here was 25 days for my son's medical.

I respect the law of Malaysia and I want to leave to another country but I cannot go back to my country because I am afraid to be killed there.

When I surrender to Immigration, Is it possible to request from the immigration not to put the ban chop on my passport for the other country to let me in?

NB. The country I want to go does not require a visa.
Also, The threats I received are from a terrorist group and my government cannot protect me from them.

Thanks in advance.

I live near a factory in Sepang that was raided yesterday by immigration. They detained a lot of people and took them in their trucks... I don't have legal status here, overstayed my student visa for 11 months now. I'm 23, from Egypt. I lived in Malaysia legally for 2 years and illegally for almost 1 year. I started reading about the overstay and found this forum.

It seems like Jeff is very well informed, I'm guessing that Mr Jeff works for immigration or has links to immigration department or maybe he's just a wizard that knows everything. How do you know so much Mr Jeff? Thanks for your contributions here, I see you helped a lot of people, I hope you can help me too.

I read all the things about 3+1 being finished. What can I do now? Mr Jeff, you seem like you have years of experience, what do illegal citizens do when there's is no 3+1 or any surrender program? Should I go to an immigration office? I want to go back as soon as I can but I'm worried about going to the immigration and being detained. Do you think they will detain me if I go ask questions?

If I go to the immigration with a flight ticket, and money for overstay fine, with full intent to go home, will they detain me? By logic I am thinking the answer is no, because if they detain a person, they have to keep them in jail, feed them, and then pay for a flight to deport them. I'm hope Mr Jeff will give his opinion, he seems the most well informed from the 10 or so last pages that I read.

Thanks in advance Jeff.

How do you know so much Mr Jeff?
Many thks for yr kind words.
I am not working or have links with immigration. I am just a Farmer, working illegally in Thailand (but not an illegal). I just circumvent around IMI Laws of Travel (Legally). I spent hours daily reading on Laws and events in Malaysia and by applying IMI Laws and current policies, the whole picture will just materialize out by itself.

I read all the things about 3+1 being finished. What can I do now?
Why you did not surrender before 30/08/2018?
You still have to surrender to IMI MAL in order to go back to your country.

Do you think they will detain me if I go ask questions?
If I go to the immigration with a flight ticket, and money for overstay fine, with full intent to go home, will they detain me?

The current IMI policies to all MAL Government Dept is to arrest all "discovered"  illegals (no more mercy). The Amnesty  is over. If you go alone to IMI, they will just detain you, send you to Detention Camps and wait for your turn to be charged in IMI Court for the max  Penalties, max  Jail Term, max  Whipping and BAN  for life for any re-entry into Malaysia. This is the current policies with effect from 1st Sept 2018. This was announced by the DG of Immigration  in Public Media.

because if they detain a person, they have to keep them in jail, feed them, and then pay for a flight to deport them
Wrong assumption.
You will be paying for the food and lodging and flight home after serving the Jail Term. If you cannot pay, your country Embassy will pay, give you exit docs. When you reach your country's airport, your country IMI will detain you until your family copes up with all the Moneys for disbursements.
Did you or have you ever read in the Public Media that Embassies is coming out or reaching out to you All Illegals? It is because Laws of The Land have been broken and if the Embassy helps, they are breaking Laws of Diplomacy and MAL Laws.  I only noticed that a few countries have offered advises to their citizens, namely Bangladesh, Nepal, Indonesia, The Philippines.

the 10 or so last pages that I read.
Aiyoo yoo.. so few pages.. I have written hundreds of posts on  Overstay  alone

@ Kinn

You have been polite, kind and wise with your words.
I shall help you within my scope of knowledge.

(non-legal, non- intrusive).
For your case..
Post here the following

1.  The  "entry stamp" into Malaysia in your passport here.
2.  Post the Student Pass here (can delete your name) and passport number but not other details. It may seem not impt to you or others, but to me, they  ARE..
3.  Any physical, concrete evidences of being cheated by  Fake Agents.

You can be helped if your overstay do not exceed 1 year. So, do things fast. You may get lesser  MAX  penalties. No promises.

I cannot go back to my country because I am afraid to be killed there.
The threats I received are from a terrorist group and my government cannot protect me from them.
What did you do? You screwed their backsides? You have a child and family..!!

When I surrender to Immigration, Is it possible to request from the immigration not to put the ban chop on my passport for the other country to let me in?
No way. The stamp have to be there under International Laws of Travel.
For overstaying, one will be deported to source country.
Exceptions
A country is willing to give you a Pre-appoved visa (current application)
No allowances currently for illegals workers migrants.
There is no such thingy as no need visa to enter any country. There are prepaid, pre-approved visa. Malaysia gives Free VoA (Visa on Arrival) and Free Social Visa Pass to many many countries.

Suggestions based on :-
staying here was 25 days for my son's medical.

1.  Approach UNHCR Malaysia (behind Agong's King's Palace in KL).
2.  Seek Political Asylum for the whole family especially with a child.
3.  Danger of Threats of Political or Religious assassinations (with concrete proof).
4.  You may be granted Refugee Status (subject to MAL IMI approval)

Good Luck..!!

Hi Jeff... I will try to answer in your style :-)

Many thks for yr kind words.
It's just words, many many many thanks for all your effort in helping so many people here.

I am not working or have links with immigration .... by applying IMI Laws and current policies, the whole picture will just materialize out by itself.
That's just smart, you're a very wise man, Jeff.

Why you did not surrender before 30/08/2018?
I never heard of 3+1, only after I heard about the factory in Sepang 2 days ago, I started reading about immigration and found this forum. I learned about the 3+1 amnesty too late unfortunately.

About posting pictures of my passport

Is there a way I can send directly to you? I do not feel comfortable sharing on a public forum. And thank you taking the time to review my case. I never dealt with any fake agents, I did see a lot of people have been cheated and a lot of them post here, SO MANY!! such a shame, these agents taking advantage of these poor people that are already at a disadvantage in life.

Aiyoo yoo.. so few pages.. I have written hundreds of posts on  Overstay  alone
I spent the last 2 hours reading more of your wise advice and all the cases you helped since 2017, and I learned a lot!! I have to thank you again.

The current IMI policies to all MAL Government Dept is to arrest all "discovered"  illegals (no more mercy)
This sounds serious. I will visit my embassy tomorrow, hopefully they can help. It's true what you said, I think some embassies are more involved like Bangladesh, Nepal, Indonesia, The Philippines, etc... I think because they know there are too many illegal immigrants here from there countries so they feel responsibility to help them.

I read a lot of your posts now, still reading more and I keep finding out that you are far more knowledgeable than I thought. So I have a new question for you if it's okay. You have been keeping this thread going since January 2017. you helped countless people (thank you for that), I am sure there are still a lot of people (undocumented) out there that need your help and wisdom.

What is your best advice?
Now that the 3+1 amnesty is over, what would you say is the best thing to do? I know there's no easy solution, but I think if anyone can give the best advice to follow, it would be you.

Thanks again.
