Attention to those who have Overstay in Malaysia

Surrender to Immigration is the ONLY Solution:

1. Bring the passport that you have used to come into Malaysia.

2. For those who have "lost" their passport, go get new Temporary Passport from your Embassy in Malaysia.

3. For "lost" passports and unable to proof with documents the actual date of entry into Malaysia, be prepared for higher fines and longer ban period of re-entry.

CORRUPTION TO THE CORE !!!

The illegal syndicate collecting between RM15,000 and RM20,000 from each BANGLADESHI workers, minus RM4,000 "commission" to be paid to immigration staff at KLIA. It was reported that even the Malaysian High Commission in Dhaka and officials at Dhaka international airport were "rewarded" for facilitating the passage.

@Jeff 005

@ Raj S

From the above pic, there is no ban stated. What could have saved you from the BAN is the official application of PATI which is normally valid for one year work period pending approval.

Go double check with the Malaysian Embassy in your country.
Mr. Raj S,

I have a one doubt. Are you blacklist or not. Did you check with the Malaysian Embassy or not. Please let me know. Because I can't understand this conversation.

@ Sivasamy

@ Raj S has cleverly deleted the immigration stamp posted here. I can reproduced but it does not concern you. There was no  BAN  stated in the pages of his passport. You cannot force other people to share their with you.

Yours is a NTL.. does not affect you.
Do not use other people's situation It can cause you more distress.. !!!

I'm living in Malaysia since 2007 with a valid dependent pass and renewed regularly each two years.

Few months ago my father was sick and passed away at the hospital. The company of my father I am trying to take over, applied my visa at the Putrajaya Immigration but now they rejected my application and advised me to pay the penalty and leave the country.

How much will be the penalty fee for 7-8 months of overstay. But overstay because application was in process???

You were at the Malaysia Immigration, why you did not ask them?
Go there again and enquire properly.

Duo get hefty fines for hiring illegals

December 22, 2017

KOTA KINABALU: Two men were given hefty fines by the Sessions court here yesterday for hiring illegal immigrants.

In the first case, Lim Khin Loong, 59, who appeared before judge Noor Hafizah Mohd Salim, was fined RM40,000, in default, three months jail, after he pleaded guilty to employing four Indonesians, three men and a woman aged between 22 and 48 years old, at the L.K.L Brick Supply in Kampung Lumat, Beaufort at 1.20 pm on November 8.

The charge under Section 55B of the Immigration Act 1959/63, carries a maximum fine of RM50,000, or a jail term of up to 12 months, or both, for each illegal immigrant harboured, upon conviction.

In the second case, Chia Poh Guan, 33, admitted before the judge to committing a similar offence and was fined RM30,000, in default, three months jail.

Chia, a shop owner, had employed three undocumented Filipinos, aged between 16 and 23 years old, at Guan Ann Enterprise at Jalan 1F, KKIP Selatan, Jalan Sepanggar at 11.45 am on June 6.

Chia was also fined RM5,000, in default, two months jail, for harbouring an illegal immigrant, a 42-year-old Filipina, at the same place and time.

The offence under Section 55E(1) of the Immigration Act 1959/63 carries a maximum fine of RM30,000 or jail term of up to a year, or both, for each illegal immigrant involved.

Prosecuting officer from the Immigration Department, Hamisah Puteh, prosecuted while both accused were not represented.

This website is genuine and thank you so much for your help. I overstayed here in Malaysia for 3 years and today (12-22-2017). I went to Putrajaya Immigration headquarters and they just asked me to pay 400RM only, I got a special pass for 2 weeks no ban nothing. Don't be scared to go there just go before 31-12-2017, they are friendly and they did not even ask me why I overstayed. Bring along the passport you used to enter Malaysia and it does not matter how long you overstay. Thanks to whoever runs this website, God bless you.
