Attention to those who have Overstay in Malaysia

Surrender to Immigration is the ONLY Solution:

1. Bring the passport that you have used to come into Malaysia.

2. For those who have "lost" their passport, go get new Temporary Passport from your Embassy in Malaysia.

3. For "lost" passports and unable to proof with documents the actual date of entry into Malaysia, be prepared for higher fines and longer ban period of re-entry.

1.  In what way your agent (from India) have cheated you?
2.  Please post a clear copy of the  "entry"  stamp here for better clarifications
3.  The country you are in now is  MALAYSIA . Malaysians is proud of our country. I do understand that in your country, some news media named my country as  "malasiya", please, when you are back in your country, do correct the errors of their news report. In our Malaysian Language, the word  "malas"  meaning "lazy"  , so when you foreigners call our country  malas_siya  you are saying my country is Lazy_country.

Your India Agent and the agent here have already cheated you.
You have no other choice but to surrender the Immigration.
Read through the last 10 pages of this thread and it will teach you how to surrender.

There is no way to avoid a BAN for re-entry. Do not believe  in fake agents who tells you that by paying lots of moneys can solve any problem.
