i am married for 6 years but we are living separately for the past 2 years. She had an affair with some other guy. But i don't want to use that as a reason as we want to divorce under mutual understanding that we can't get a long. Both parties agreed. i am a Hindu converted to Islam. She is a Indian Muslim. Also I want to convert out of the religion please advise.

What's the process? Whose help should i seek for?
Can i seek a private lawyer?
How long this process will take?
Her family demanding for money which i'm able to settle.
Is the process easier if i use the actual reason (about her illegal affair)? I have proofs like photos and messages.

You are a Muslim
Your divorce is at the Syariah Court
Seek the services of a Syariah Lawyer

Also I want to convert out of the religion please advise.
Didn't your mother tell you that it is a non reversible conversion.
No future Hindu Ladies in Malaysia can marry you unless they convert to Islam too.

You have converted for LOVE
So learn to LOVE this majestic religion
